Courtney is a dedicated legal professional with a strong background in Commerical law and Litigation. She earned her Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Pretoria in 2019 and 2020 respectively.

She was admitted as an attorney in August 2023 and subsequently appointed as Junior Associate in the firms Commercial and Taxation Department. During her articles, she gained extensive experience in Medical Malpractice, Third-party Claims, Taxation, Commercial Law and General Litigation.

As a Junior Associate, Courtney focused on High Court Litigation within the Corporate and Commercial sphere, handled tax related matters representing SARS and managed litigation cases in both the High Court and Magistrates’ Court.

Her passion for litigation led her to Rooth & Wessels Attorneys, wherein she now serves as an Associate in the Dispute Resolution and Litigation department.
