Senior Litigation Associate

The ideal candidate must be highly skilled, driven and able to work under pressure within a demanding legal environment.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Admitted Attorney with more than 10 years post-admission experience.
  • Extensive High Court litigation experience, handling both action and motion proceedings.
  • Right of appearance in the High Court is essential.
  • Proven track record of appearing in the High Court for opposed/defended and unopposed/undefended matters.
  • Expertise in managing a wide range of disputes, representing individual clients, corporate entities, government departments, and business partners.
  • Must have a clean disciplinary record and be in good standing with the Legal Practice Council (LPC).
