Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for facilitating and managing the legal processes involved in transferring property ownership, registering property rights, and ensuring compliance with South African property laws.

Minimum Requirements:

• Admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
• Admitted as a Conveyancer with 3 -4 years post admission experience.
• Strong understanding of property law, conveyancing processes, and related legislation.
• Knowledge of sectional title developments and estate planning.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Client-Centric Approach: Committed to providing high-quality service and building strong client
  relationships.
• Ethical Conduct: Uphold the highest standards of legal and professional ethics.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to address challenges and provide innovative solutions effectively.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with legal assistants, attorneys, and other professionals.

Skills and Attributes:

• Excellent drafting and legal writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in conveyancing software (e.g., LexisConvey or GhostConvey).
