Anas Moussa Ismael Rawat

Anas is a Barrister with expertise in intellectual property, commercial, employment, and corporate law. He advises multinational companies, financial institutions, and public bodies on strategic legal, regulatory, and enforcement matters.

He is the Managing Partner of KUASA, leading IP registration, portfolio management, invalidation proceedings, and anti-counterfeiting enforcement, with appearances before the IP Office and IP Tribunal.

Previously, he practised from the Chambers of Sir Hamid Moollan QC and served as External Legal Adviser to the Development Bank of Mauritius Ltd. He holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of Buckingham, completed the Bar Professional Training Course at City Law School, London, and is a member of the Bar of Mauritius.
